Job Summary
Providing L2 support and optimizing data center operations, the full-time Data Center Engineer will maintain infrastructure components and ensure high availability and security in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide intermediate (L2) technical support for data center infrastructure issues
- Assist in the maintenance of servers, storage, network equipment, and virtualization technologies
- Perform proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
Required qualifications
- Experience with Windows, Linux, VMware, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN, network firewalls, and load balancers
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure operations
- Ability to perform routine checks and proactive monitoring
- Technical certification in relevant areas is preferred
