Job Summary

Managing a team focused on financial strategy and operations, the full-time remote Data Center Finance Manager will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting while ensuring compliance with accounting policies and controls.

Key responsibilities

• Provide supervision, training, and performance evaluations for team members
• Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, and manage deadlines for the finance team
• Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting

Required qualifications

• Experience in a Data Center or critical environment
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Leadership experience in staffing, training, and performance management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
• Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
