Data Center Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Providing critical support in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Sr Data Center Operations Analyst will install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and storage systems, ensuring optimal data performance, availability, and security for internal and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Administer data center operations to maintain performance, availability, and security of infrastructure
• Monitor and maintain environmental conditions to protect hardware from damage and prevent downtime
• Deliver timely and accurate technical infrastructure services to clients

Required qualifications

• Three years' experience in an IT discipline
• Associates degree in IT (preferred)
• Network+ Certification (preferred)
• Security+ Certification (preferred)
• ITIL Certification (preferred)
