Data Center Operations Manager
Job Summary
Leading a world-class Data Center Operations team, the full-time Regional Data Center Manager will oversee hardware and network operations, establish strategic growth initiatives, and develop performance metrics while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead a diverse Data Center Operations team responsible for hardware and network support
- Establish NVIDIA's strategic approach to global Data Center growth and proactively address scaling issues
- Develop metrics and reporting tools to measure performance and optimize operations continuously
Required qualifications
- BS, BA, or BEng degree in a technical field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of relevant experience in data center operations, infrastructure, and networking, including people management
- 4+ years of experience leading distributed and diverse teams
- Deep understanding of data center power, cooling, network, and cabling infrastructure
- Experience with tools such as NetBox, CMMS, SNOW, and Inventory Management
