Job Summary
To support large-scale datacenter build projects, the contract Data Center Land Development Portfolio Management Analyst will provide critical portfolio data management, advanced analytics, and executive reporting while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, reconcile, and maintain portfolio data across multiple databases, tools, and reporting platforms
- Track project milestones, schedules, risks, and dependencies across the real estate lifecycle
- Translate complex quantitative data into clear, decision-oriented narratives and executive insights
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in portfolio analytics, business intelligence, data management, project controls, or real estate analytics
- Proven experience managing structured databases and data validation
- Track record of analyzing large datasets and creating clear narrative reporting for leadership teams
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization/reporting tools
- Academic or professional background in Data Science, Computer Science, or Real Estate
