Job Summary

Supporting rapid hiring across data center operations, the full-time remote Data Center Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume technical and leadership roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while collaborating with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume data center roles from intake through offer and start date
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning needs
• Source, screen, and interview candidates with data center experience, maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume hiring environments
• Direct experience recruiting for data center-related roles, including technicians and engineers
• Strong understanding of data center operations and shift-based staffing models
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
