Job Summary
To support the development of scalable cloud-native data platforms, the fully remote Data Cloud Engineer with Secret Clearance will build and maintain data pipelines, integrate multi-cloud data initiatives, and design secure data architectures using technologies like Azure and AWS.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and enhance scalable cloud-based data integration and processing pipelines across AWS and Azure
- Develop high-performance data transformation workflows using PySpark, Spark SQL, and modern big data technologies
- Design and implement efficient data processing strategies for enterprise-scale data lakes and warehouses
Required qualifications:
- Active secret clearance required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical field
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise-scale data engineering and analytics solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, PySpark, and Spark SQL
- Proven experience with cloud-native data platforms using Azure Synapse, Databricks, or AWS Glue
