Data Collection Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Data Collection Manager will manage operational support for sales teams, ensuring the smooth execution of advertising campaigns through data accuracy and client-facing materials.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales support to provide proof of performance materials and ensure campaign success
• Gather and trim airchecks of live campaign creative, maintaining accuracy of copy
• Compile and present campaign data from various platforms into PowerPoint for client overviews and recaps

Required qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience or understanding of media sales is beneficial
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
• Proactive and independent work ethic with outstanding interpersonal skills
