Data Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Consumer Compliance Department, the full-time Data Compliance Analyst will develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and metrics to assess and monitor consumer compliance risk while working remotely within the specified geographic footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Source, compile, and analyze data to support compliance management programs and reporting
• Develop and maintain key risk indicators (KRIs) and compliance metrics to monitor consumer compliance risk
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure data integrity and deliver actionable insights for compliance risk management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in data analytics, data science, or computer science, or equivalent experience
• 5 or more years of experience in data analysis and report development, preferably in banking-related systems
• 5 or more years of experience in banking operations or compliance operations
• Preferred certifications include CRCM or other relevant credentials
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as PowerBI or Tableau, and familiarity with programming languages like Python or SQL
