Data Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the remote Data Consultant will manage the onboarding of new customers transitioning their data to e-Automate and oversee post-implementation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary resource for new customers during the implementation of the ECI software solution
- Lead sessions to identify and document business initiatives, gap analyses, and data analytics requirements
- Implement software solutions while managing timelines, budgets, and project scopes in collaboration with project managers
Required qualifications
- Strong ERP product knowledge with preferred ERP experience
- Understanding of common industry practices in manufacturing, operations, distribution, and finance
- Experience with ETL tools for handling large data sets and SQL databases
- Proficiency in Excel for data transformation and manipulation
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana is preferable
