Data Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting audience management and data reporting initiatives, the full-time remote Communications and Data Coordinator (CEMI) will manage supporter lists, execute targeted communications campaigns, and analyze campaign performance to enhance engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute audience segmentation strategies for targeted communications campaigns, including mass solicitations
• Manage supporter and donor lists, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and compliance with privacy standards
• Compile and analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights to the Marketing Analytics and Strategy team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of 2 years of experience in communications, marketing, data management, or a related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of databases and data management principles, with experience in data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with marketing technology platforms and tools, with a capacity to quickly learn new systems
• Ability to cultivate inclusive working relationships with diverse stakeholders
