Job Summary
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, the remote Staff Data Designer will lead data and AI engagements, build predictive models, and design data products while ensuring a user-centric approach to data science and analytics.
Key responsibilities
- Lead or co-lead data and AI engagements, ensuring the quality of data deliverables
- Combine design thinking with quantitative analysis to create data-led products and services
- Design and prototype predictive ML models and BI dashboards, aligning them with business objectives
Required qualifications
- 4+ years in data science, ML engineering, or data consulting with client-facing project experience
- Proven ability to design and deploy ML models for customer needs prediction
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI, including prompt design and relevant frameworks
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with knowledge of the broader ML stack
- Experience with cloud data and ML platforms, ideally AWS or GCP, and MLOps practices
