Data Enablement Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Data Enablement Engineer will manage data initiatives from conceptualization to solution design, collaborating with data science stakeholders to ensure the delivery of trusted and well-documented data solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with data science stakeholders to define business problems and determine necessary data solutions
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements for data engineering and maintain a well-specified backlog
- Design schemas and data models that adhere to standards for trusted data and build proofs of concept for validation
Required qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related data role
- Hands-on experience with Databricks and advanced SQL
- Proficiency in designing data models and schemas for analytical use
- Ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear, actionable requirements
- Experience with AI tools for research and building, along with strong collaboration skills
