Data Enablement Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the planning and prioritization for the Data Enablement team, the full-time remote Data Enablement Product Manager will manage stakeholder communication, gather and prioritize requests, and oversee project delivery while collaborating with engineering managers to align work with team capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams requesting data, reporting, or pipeline work
• Gather, triage, and prioritize incoming requests, balancing stakeholder needs with department and company goals
• Manage project delivery by tracking progress and communicating timelines and trade-offs to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing the development of internal software or data assets within an engineering, platform, or data organization
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively translating between the two
• Working knowledge of databases, ETLs, and BI tools to engage in informed discussions with engineers
• Demonstrable experience with request management and prioritization frameworks in a technical environment
• Experience contributing to governance or process improvement within a team
