Data Engineer
Job Summary
Working Saturday through Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific, the full-time Data Engineer will manage ETL processes, maintain data pipelines, and ensure data quality and security while supporting healthcare data management.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee ETL processes to ensure accurate and timely data delivery across products
- Maintain and support data pipelines on a proprietary big data processing platform
- Implement data validation and quality checks to uphold high data integrity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in data engineering, data analysis, or a related field
- Proficiency in RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL) and experience with SQL and ETL tools
- 2-4 years' experience with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark
- Solid understanding of Linux environments and shell scripting
