Data Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of scalable data solutions, the full-time Data Engineer I will work remotely to build and maintain data pipelines, ensuring the integration and accuracy of healthcare data for analytics and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data pipelines that ingest, transform, and integrate data from various sources
- Support the migration of on-premise SQL Server data systems to a cloud-based lakehouse architecture using Azure technologies
- Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure the reliability of data pipelines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 1+ years of experience in data engineering, software development, or related roles
- Working knowledge of SQL and Python for data manipulation and transformation
- Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data integrations
- Understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts
