Data Engineer
Job Summary
To support data-driven decision-making, the remote Data Engineer will design and implement scalable data solutions, develop modern data pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while focusing on AI-ready data processing.
Key responsibilities
- Develop modern data pipelines and architectures for analytics and machine learning initiatives
- Translate business requirements into technical data solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
- Support data governance, transformation, and integration efforts in a cloud environment using Azure Databricks
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering and/or data warehousing
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Databricks
- Experience with AI-ready data solutions, including data preparation and transformation for analytics and machine learning
- Proficiency in Python for data-related tasks and system integration
- Mastery of TSQL and ANSI SQL, with experience using version control platforms like Git
