Data Engineer
Job Summary
To support a federal customer, the remote Data/Analytics Engineer will engineer data pipelines, models, and analytics capabilities that transform operational and security data into reliable information for automation and decision support.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify authoritative data sources and define ingestion, transformation, storage, and quality requirements
- Develop automated data pipelines and reusable data services for workflow and operational automation
- Create analytics datasets, dashboards, and reporting components to expose status and decision-support information
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; 8+ years of relevant experience
- Experience developing data pipelines and analytics in enterprise or cloud environments
- Proficiency with SQL and at least one programming/scripting language for data engineering
- Experience with data quality, lineage, access controls, and API integration
- Ability to obtain a 6c Public Trust; active Secret clearance is highly preferred
