Data Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing Market Intelligence practice, the full-time Data Engineer will build and maintain foundational datasets and pipelines for research and client deliverables in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Market Intelligence data foundation by building and maintaining data pipelines, including survey responses and pricing series
- Automate survey processes end to end to streamline data ingestion, cleaning, and joining
- Ensure data is accessible for reporting and integrated into tools and publications without manual intervention
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining production data pipelines
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for writing, testing, and debugging production code
- Experience with cloud data warehousing, including schema design and query optimization
- Knowledge of data-quality practices, including validation and automated testing
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled tools for software development and data analysis
