Job Summary
To support a critical initiative for a premier banking client, the remote Data Engineer will drive software and data engineering efforts, utilizing cloud-native technologies and modern architecture while focusing on data migration and transformation.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications using Python and AWS cloud services
- Execute complex SQL queries and manage relational databases, including PostgreSQL
- Implement data migration activities and work with cloud data platforms like Databricks and Snowflake
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in application development with strong Python skills
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
- Experience with relational databases and writing complex SQL queries
