Data Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance data reliability and quality, the full-time remote Data Engineer will design, develop, and implement data pipelines and ETL/ELT code while maintaining and optimizing data pipeline architecture.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement data pipelines and ETL/ELT code to meet business requirements
- Maintain and optimize various components of the data pipeline architecture
- Participate in team design sessions, contributing options and solutions while producing product documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience in data warehousing development in large reporting environments
- 2-3 years of experience developing data pipelines using Snowflake features (Snowpipe, SnowSQL, etc.)
- Working knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Skilled in data analysis with Python and SQL, and experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau
