Job Summary
Transforming fragmented risk and control data into actionable insights, the full-time remote Data Engineer will design and maintain scalable data pipelines, integrate various data sources, and automate data workflows to enhance risk management and reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain trusted risk data products and scalable batch and streaming data pipelines using cloud-native technologies
- Integrate data from various platforms into governed, analytics-ready datasets
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for automated data ingestion, transformation, and delivery
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
- Hands-on experience with Apache Spark for large-scale data processing
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data engineering best practices
- Experience developing ETL/ELT solutions within cloud-based data environments
- Understanding of data quality, validation, monitoring, and reconciliation processes
