Data Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a remote Data Engineer, the full-time position will design, build, and maintain enterprise data pipelines, integrations, and databases while ensuring secure and reliable data flow for reporting and analytics.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and improve end-to-end ETL and ELT pipelines from enterprise sources to business-ready datasets
• Integrate various data sources, including SQL databases and APIs, and develop reusable ingestion patterns
• Create complex SQL queries and manage SQL Server database structures, optimizing for performance and reliability

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered
• 3+ years of relevant experience in data engineering, database development, or analytics engineering
• Advanced SQL and T-SQL skills, including experience with complex joins and transformations
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory or similar enterprise orchestration platforms
• Proficiency in Python or an equivalent programming language for data processing and automation
