Data Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing analytics initiative, the contract Data Engineer will focus on building and managing data pipelines, specifically working with SAP financial data and BI development tools in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage data pipelines for analytics engineering on SAP Datasphere or equivalent platforms
- Classify and allocate costs while reconciling financial data with reported actuals
- Collaborate with Finance and costing stakeholders to shape metrics and analytics solutions
Required qualifications
- Experience with analytics engineering and production pipeline development
- Strong background in SAP financial and controlling data
- Proficiency in BI development, preferably with Power BI
- Familiarity with utility capital program cost reporting and material data management
- Mid-senior level experience in data engineering roles
