Job Summary
Partnering with business teams, the full-time Data Engineer will design and implement moderately complex data-centric systems and solutions to enhance business outcomes, working both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement value-based analytics solutions to support strategic initiatives and improve organizational performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify analytics requirements and create detailed documentation addressing stakeholder needs
- Manage data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and troubleshooting issues to enhance reporting capabilities
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of related experience required
- Intermediate experience with SQL or similar technologies, dimensional modeling, and building data pipelines
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
