Data Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Data Engineer, the successful candidate will develop, maintain, and support enterprise data integration processes and pipelines using Microsoft Azure technologies while modernizing legacy data solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and maintain technical documentation
- Monitor production pipelines, troubleshoot failures, and ensure timely delivery of business-critical data processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering and enterprise data integration
- Strong proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, and ETL/ELT development
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Microsoft Fabric
- Proficiency in Python and/or PySpark with knowledge of data warehousing and relational data modeling
