Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Data Engineer to work remotely, who will build infrastructure for data ingestion and transformation, develop CI/CD pipelines, and create an organic entity resolution framework to manage large datasets.
Key responsibilities
- Build infrastructure for ingestion, transformation, and loading of data using Spark, SQL, AWS, and Databricks
- Develop CI/CD pipelines and anomaly detection systems to enhance data quality in production
- Design solutions for complex data engineering and data science challenges
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of industry experience in data engineering with a strong technical problem-solving background
- Proficiency in Python and Apache Spark (Java, Scala, or Python-based)
- Experience with SQL and building scalable data processing systems
- Familiarity with data pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt)
- Knowledge of cloud computing services, preferably AWS, and data warehousing solutions
