Job Summary
Driving major transformation in the technology space, the full-time remote Data Engineer 5 will design, develop, and implement cloud-based data solutions while collaborating with Agile teams and mentoring peers in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Agile teams to develop and support technical solutions using full-stack development tools
- Independently design and deliver scalable cloud data solutions, influencing a team of developers and data scientists
- Architect and enforce data engineering design patterns to ensure code quality and maintainability across platforms
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field
- At least 6 years of experience in application development
- At least 4 years of experience in distributed data and with SQL
- At least 4 years of experience programming with Python, Java, or Scala
- At least 2 years of experience in data modeling and designing end-to-end data solutions
