Job Summary
To support an enterprise AI & Data team, the contract Data Engineer - Florida Licensed will develop scalable data architectures, create robust ETL data pipelines, and maintain critical data infrastructure while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to drive efficient data generation, collection, and processing
- Implement robust ETL processes to migrate and deploy data across backend database systems
- Develop backend services and database components using Java, Spring Boot, and Oracle
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of software/data engineering and application development experience
- 5+ years of strong hands-on experience with Java and Oracle databases
- Deep expert-level knowledge of the Spring Boot framework
- Prior experience working within the banking or financial services industry
