Data Engineer HubSpot Consultant
Job Summary
To support B2B marketing initiatives, the remote Data Engineer HubSpot Consultant will design and build the data foundation in HubSpot, manage data syncs, and ensure data quality for marketing campaigns in a contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the design of the HubSpot data model, including custom objects and associations
- Build and maintain data syncs from the warehouse into HubSpot using Hightouch or native integrations
- Monitor sync health and manage data quality, including deduplication and validation processes
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or marketing operations, with 2+ years specifically in HubSpot
- Experience designing a HubSpot data model with custom objects and associations
- Advanced SQL skills for data profiling, transforming, and validating
- Hands-on experience with reverse ETL and ETL/ELT tools such as Hightouch and Fivetran
- Working knowledge of REST APIs and webhooks, particularly with HubSpot CRM
