Job Summary
Designing and developing software applications, the full-time remote Data Engineer II will maintain and enhance systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, and support
- Maintain applications through enhancements, troubleshooting, and defect resolution
- Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD practices to ensure stable and repeatable releases
Required Qualifications
- College degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of experience in software development and coding
- Knowledge of Snowflake, DBT, SQL Server, Python, ADO, Power BI, and R
- Advanced knowledge of software development and project lifecycle principles
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a team
