Data Engineer III

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Data Engineer III will independently design, develop, and support complex enterprise data pipelines and analytical solutions, while contributing to solution architecture and ensuring data quality and governance.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and analytical data assets, enhancing performance and reliability
• Lead data governance initiatives, including metadata cataloging and data quality solutions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Build and maintain AI-ready datasets and pipelines, integrating AI capabilities into data engineering workflows

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of five years of experience in designing and developing ETL/ELT and/or business intelligence solutions
• Hands-on experience implementing AI-enabled data engineering solutions in a production environment
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or a comparable programming language
• Experience within a formal data warehouse and data governance environment is preferred
