Data Engineer IV

Job Summary

To support a global Customer Experience team, the full-time onsite Data Engineer IV will design and maintain scalable data pipelines, develop self-service dashboards, and enable AI-driven analytics while collaborating with cross-functional teams in Menlo Park, CA.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable batch and streaming data pipelines, optimizing ETL/ELT workflows and data architectures
• Create interactive data visualizations and self-service dashboards to communicate insights and track key performance indicators
• Enable AI/ML-powered analytics by building feature pipelines and integrating AI model outputs into operational workflows

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, including building production-grade data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language, preferably Python
• Experience with data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML workflows and data quality frameworks
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
