Job Summary
Building a modern enterprise data platform, the full-time Data Engineer - Snowflake will develop ELT pipelines, model data across layered architectures, and migrate legacy workflows while collaborating with both internal and partner teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop ELT pipelines on Snowflake and dbt, ensuring data quality and adherence to approved modeling standards
- Migrate legacy analytics workflows to the modern stack, analyzing existing logic and proving parity
- Collaborate with distributed teams to deliver against program acceptance gates and maintain clear communication
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience with production data pipelines and warehouse models
- Strong expertise in Snowflake, including performance-aware SQL and role-based access concepts
- Production experience with dbt, including layered model organization and CI practices
- Solid Python skills for data ingestion, API integrations, and automation
- Experience with layered/medallion architecture and a strong understanding of data quality principles
