Job Summary
To support a growing data and AI capability, the full-time Data Engineer - Snowflake & DBT will build and maintain ELT pipelines, model data across a layered architecture, and migrate legacy workflows onto a modern cloud platform, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop ELT pipelines on Snowflake and dbt, implementing data quality and governance standards
- Migrate legacy analytics workflows to the modern stack and ensure parity with existing logic
- Collaborate with internal and partner engineers to deliver against program acceptance criteria and timelines
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience with production data pipelines and warehouse models
- Strong expertise in Snowflake, including performance-aware SQL and loading/unloading at production scale
- Production experience with dbt, including layered model organization and CI practices
- Solid Python skills for data ingestion, API integrations, and automation
- Experience with layered/medallion architecture and understanding of governed data models
