Job Summary
To support mission partners, the full-time Data Engineer with Security Clearance will architect, build, test, and maintain data infrastructure, focusing on data modeling, backend data mesh work, and developing accessible data pipelines.
Key responsibilities
- Design, construct, test, and maintain scalable data management systems and ELT/ETL pipelines
- Build infrastructure for optimal data extraction, transformation, and loading using AWS technologies
- Collaborate with analytics and business teams to transform raw data into production-ready datasets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field
- 3 years of professional experience in data engineering or backend software engineering
- Active Top Secret security clearance
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data query creation
- Hands-on experience with AWS services, specifically AWS Glue and Glue Catalog
