To support data-driven decision making, the full-time Data Engineer with Security Clearance will develop and maintain data architectures, data pipelines, and data integration processes in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expertise in the development and sustainment of data architectures, data hubs, and data warehouse solutions
- Design and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines and data transformation processes
- Research and evaluate data sources to identify reliable options for data hub development
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional data engineering experience with a focus on data architecture and data modeling
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
- Active CompTIA Security+ or CompTIA Network+ certification preferred
- Hands-on experience with Databricks and proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing
