Job Summary
Leading a team of data engineers, the full-time Data Engineering Manager will oversee the design and operation of scalable data pipelines and analytical products while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of data engineers, focusing on performance management and career development
- Own the design and operation of data ingestion, transformation, and storage pipelines, ensuring reliability and scalability

Required qualifications
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field

- Experience with cloud data ecosystems, preferably GCP, and proficiency in SQL
- Familiarity with data governance, observability, and data quality tooling
