Job Summary
Leading a team of data engineers, the full-time remote Data Engineering Manager will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise data platforms and the Salesforce-based association management system, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and develop data engineering and Salesforce AMS team members, providing performance feedback and mentoring
- Direct the design and maintenance of enterprise data pipelines and ensure platforms are optimized for analytics
- Manage the Salesforce AMS platform, overseeing configuration, integration, and optimization to support business processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience, including 1-3 years of supervisory experience
- Extensive experience with AWS, Glue, DMS, and other data engineering tools and technologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience leading teams in enterprise-scale data and CRM initiatives
