Job Summary
Leading the Data Integration team, the full-time salaried Data Engineering Manager will manage data loading processes, oversee integration operations using Boomi, SQL, and Python, and serve as a key client liaison to ensure the quality and status of data feeds in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of data integration analysts to ensure accurate data loading and integration
- Oversee the design and operation of data loads and integrations, coordinating client and vendor onboarding
- Monitor production data feeds, proactively identifying and resolving issues related to data quality and load status
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in data integration, data engineering, ETL/ELT, or data warehousing
- 3+ years of management or team lead experience in data integration or data analysis
- Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write and optimize complex queries
- Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Boomi and scripting in Python
