Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Engineering Manager who can build and develop a team responsible for building an analytics engine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of data engineers in designing, building, and maintaining data infrastructure
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines, data warehousing, and data lake solutions
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering, with 2+ years in a people management or technical leadership role
- Strong technical skills in data modeling, data warehousing, ETL development, and database design
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Java
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or GCP
- Experience working in an agile software development environment is a plus
