Data Entry Operator

Job Summary

Providing centralized support in a fast-paced environment, the full-time temporary Data Entry Operator will independently enter referrals into Epic software, verify payers and plans prior to patient appointments, and maintain patient demographics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Enter 50+ referrals and update patient medical record information into Epic software
• Verify payer & plans prior to patient appointments through electronic eligibility verification and online third party support systems
• Maintain patient demographic information to support the integrity of the medical record

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and one year of office clerical support experience
• 2+ years of Epic experience, with Prelude and/or Cadence preferred
• Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications
