Data Governance Advisor

Job Summary

To enhance data management practices, the remote Data Governance Advisor will define and maintain business metadata, monitor data quality, and support the enforcement of governance policies while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and enhance business metadata to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy across the enterprise
• Monitor and assess data quality by evaluating metrics and participating in remediation and root-cause analysis
• Support and enforce data governance policies and standards while collaborating with business and technical teams to resolve data issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's or equivalent
