Job Summary
Designing and implementing data governance processes, the full-time remote Data Governance Analyst will manage metadata management, reference data management, and data quality monitoring while collaborating with subject matter experts and ensuring adherence to data governance policies.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct implementation and ongoing management of Data Governance tools
- Design and develop processes related to data ingestion, lineage, classification, and search
- Engage and educate business and technical data users on data governance and stewardship policies
Required qualifications
- Experience in data governance work such as data cataloging, lineage, and reference data management
- Advanced SQL skills and knowledge of database design, ETL processes, and data mapping
- Experience with major Electronic Health Record (EHR) solutions and backend data architecture
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues across all levels within the organization
