Job Summary
Supporting the execution and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Data Governance program, the full-time remote Data Management and Governance Analyst will manage governance processes, coordinate activities across stakeholders, and develop metrics to measure program effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Execute enterprise data governance processes and standards while coordinating governance activities across stakeholders
- Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reporting to measure governance performance and program effectiveness
- Manage operational changes to data governance processes, ensuring successful adoption of continuous improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2+ years of data analytics, data management, or related experience required
- Experience within a healthcare organization preferred
- Knowledge of metadata, data quality, stewardship, SQL, and governance concepts
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
