Data Governance Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time Data Governance Consultant, the individual will manage the design, documentation, and ongoing management of enterprise customer and account data models within Snowflake, ensuring data quality and governance while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the design, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise customer and account data models within Snowflake
• Document customer data entities, relationships, hierarchies, and business definitions while creating and maintaining source-to-target mappings
• Establish and maintain data quality standards, governance processes, and data stewardship practices across systems

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a data-focused role such as Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or Data Governance Analyst
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses, ideally Snowflake
• Experience with customer, account, CRM, or complex relational datasets
• Ability to document and analyze data flows across multiple systems and platforms
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts, data quality principles, and governance frameworks
