Job Summary
To support the USMEPCOM ENLIST program, the full-time remote Data Governance & Metadata Lead will establish and maintain data ownership, definitions, and governance records while coordinating with various stakeholders on data management and compliance practices.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain documented data ownership and stewardship assignments, responsibilities, and escalation paths
- Develop and maintain business glossaries, data dictionaries, and metadata standards
- Document authoritative sources and coordinate decisions on conflicting definitions and access
Required qualifications
- Active Secret clearance or higher
- Minimum of eight years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, data management, business, or a related field
- Experience establishing or maintaining data ownership assignments and managing metadata
- Ability to apply DAMA-DMBOK-aligned data management practices
