Data Governance Manager

Job Summary

As a remote, full-time GTM Data Governance Manager (MDM), the successful candidate will manage the MDM roadmap, define golden record rules, and set data governance standards to ensure the accuracy and consistency of core customer data across various systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the MDM roadmap and operating model for account, contact, and organization hierarchy domains
• Define golden record rules and set data governance standards in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success
• Design and monitor data quality rules and scorecards, reporting on data health and risks to leadership

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in data management, governance, data engineering, or analytics, including 2+ years leading MDM or data quality programs
• Hands-on experience with designing match, merge, and survivorship rules and golden record models
• Experience with Salesforce data models and CRM data quality at scale
• Proven ability to build and operate a data governance framework, including policies and SLAs
• Strong capability to translate business needs into data requirements and communicate technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
