Data Insights Analyst
Job Summary
Transforming raw data into actionable insights, the full-time Data Insights Analyst will design data structures, mine complex datasets, and support analytics initiatives remotely while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance organizational strategy and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable data sets and dashboards for business intelligence and analytics initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders to translate program requirements into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and database objects to facilitate efficient reporting and analysis
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or Data Science, or equivalent experience in a data-focused role
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
- Expertise in Power BI Dashboard/Report Development and proficiency in Microsoft Fabric and SQL Server
- Proficiency with tools such as Visual Studio, MS SQL, NoSQL technologies, and Spark
- Knowledge of HIPAA and other regulatory standards preferred
