Job Summary
Leading the production of insights for partners, the full-time remote Data Insights & Operations Manager will shape content delivery, ensure data quality, and manage a team of analysts to drive actionable insights for educational decision-makers.
Key responsibilities
- Shape and execute the approach for content and delivery of standardized and partner-specific insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and relevance for insights generation
- Manage and develop the Data & Insights analysts, building tools and processes to enhance efficiency
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of related experience in data analysis or insights generation
- Experience with technical tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and spreadsheet analysis
- Proven management experience with a focus on developing team members
- Strong critical thinking and data orientation skills
- Experience in the education sector is preferred
